300 gr. flour
100 ml of water
½ tsp. salt
50 ml olive oil
4 pieces Slice of 2 cm thickness or 500 gr of anthotyro cut into 4 slices
1 egg yolk
1 Sesame
1 tbsp. white Sesame
300 gr  Mushroom Chutney  With Chilli, Curry & Orange


We make dough by mixing flour with water, salt and olive oil in a bowl. Knead until the dough becomes soft and does not stick to the hands. Leave it for 1 hour to rest. Cut the dough into 4 balls and open 4 sheets round, not too thin.

We oil them with a brush. On each sheet we put a slice of feta or anthotyro and wrap well around to cover the cheese. Pour over olive oil and egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
