A traditional dish for appetizer.

Ingredients for : 4 people
1/2 kg feta cheese
1 big tomato choped in large cubes
1 big pepper (sweet or chilly) cut in thin slices
1 red chilly pepper in thin slices
olive oil
salt pepper oregano
Implementation
In a deep clay pot we first put the feta cheese. We add the tomato , the peppers , olive oil , oregano , salt and pepper.
Bake at the oven at 200c for approximately 15′.
Serve while hot.
Accompany withe either whine , beer , ouzo or retsina.
