Ingredients
1½ kg of ripe tomatoes
½ a mug of Nature Blessed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium red chopped onion
2-3 cloves of melted garlic
1 tablespoon of sugar
½ cup of coffee vinegar
Some fresh basil leaves
Salt and pepper

Implementation :

Pour the tomatoes into a pan of boiling water and leave them there for about a minute , until their peel begins to peel.
Then remove it and coarse it into large pieces.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat and add the chopped onion first.
Simmer for five to seven minutes until translucent but not dark, then stir in the garlic and cook for another two minutes.
Add the tomatoes and mix with a wooden spoon if necessary, then add the sugar, vinegar and basil, keeping the leaves whole.
Allow the ingredients to fry and then reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens.
Finally, add the spices.
Pour in some extra virgin olive oil if desired before serving.
