Ingredients for 2 breads
1 kg of flour for all uses.

½ kg of flour or semolina of your choice.

100 g. fresh brewer’s yeast, two sachets dry.

700 ml of warm water.

1 ½ spoonful of sugar.


1 cup of Nature Blessed Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

OPTIONAL: seeds, dried fruits and nuts, about 10% of flour.


• In a large and deep pan add warm water, dissolve the yeast in it and immediately add all flour and sugar.
• Stir well and as soon as we get a homogeneous mixture add salt and optional ingredients.
• We start kneading by bringing the dough from the walls to the center 100 times.
• Pour in the olive oil and knead for another 15 times.
• Cover the basin with a cloth and leave in a warm place to rise.
• Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
• When the dough is at least twice as big, knead another 30 times and cover the mixture for another 15 minutes.
• Defrost the dough with 3-4 turns, divide it into 2 and bake for 60-70 minutes. Note : Do not put the oven setting in the air.
