Ingredients for 5 people 1 pack of kritharaki , medium size 1kg of beef chopped in small pieces 6 fine chopped tomatoes 2 fine chopped onions Olive oil Spices Grated cinammon Salt and Pepper
Take a pyrex and pour the tomatoes, onions, meat, spices a little olive oil, 1 cup of water and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes in 180 C degrees .
Once the meat has browned, add 3 cups of hot water, kritharaki (1 part kritharaki and 1/2 part water), add a little bit more olive oil and continue baking until the kritharaki boils and absorbs all the liquid. We can also add some grated cheese, if we want.
