Take a deep pan and cook 1/2 cup of Nature Blessed olive oil , and continue by adding :
1 kf of white mushrooms 2 T-spoons lemon juice 1 t-spoon black pepper, whole grounds ½ t-poon of coriander seeds ½ t-spoon fennel seed ½ bunch of persley chopped 1 pinch of thyme salt Simmer for 2-3 minutes and finally add 1 cup of chicken broth. Cover the pan and let the ingredients cook in low heat for 20 minutes. Your mushrooms should be ready . Enjoy your meal!
