1 kilo of sausages
Cut the sausages into small pieces, put olive oil in the pan and as soon as it burns, fry them. We turn them several times so that they are well fried on all sides.
Then remove the sausages from the pan and take the leeks. After cleaning them from the bottom and the outer skin, cut them into small pieces.
Be careful not to throw away the oil from the sausages since all the flavor is there and fry the leeks. Salt them to dry more easily and add the peppers to taste.
Once the leeks are well withered, mix them with the sausages in the pan for 2 to 4 minutes, until they set.
Note: The recipe may vary depending on the type of village sausage, eg with onion, leek, spicy depending on our taste.
