Delicious peach pie with fresh Vermina peaches !!!
A wonderful summer pie for your breakfast or afternoon coffee, with your favorite peaches.
¾ cup soft butter
Or a cup of brown sugar
2 cups peach slices
Or a cup of sugar
1 egg at room temperature
1 vanilla powder 1
Or cup flour for all uses
Or a cup of baking powder
Or a tablespoon of salt
Or a cup of milk
Grease a medium round pan with melted butter.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and layer the VERMINA peach slices.
In a large bowl, beat the sugar with the remaining mixture until creamy. Add the egg, the vanilla and then the flour, salt and baking powder and at the end add a little and a little milk, continuing to beat.
Bake at 250 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Wait for it to cool for 10 minutes and unmold it on an inverted surface. Betterd serve while hot.
